I recently stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in November and had a wonderful experience. The staff at this hotel are friendly, well-behaved, and provided excellent service. They were not after tips, but genuinely focused on ensuring a comfortable stay for their guests. The hotel is situated in a peaceful location, away from the hustle and bustle of Lonavala and Khandala markets. However, Lonavala market is easily accessible within a 10-minute drive.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory.

The worst holiday experience ever... services 3rd class... what to say about hygiene... dirty plates were kept here and there... if customer will order tea they will not get till next day also.. I would suggest not to visit sunrise hill resort if wanna spoil ur trip then one can.. otherwise i would prefer to stay home...

We enjoyed sunrise hill resort. Panorama Cafe is easy walk to the hotel. Comfortable base for a city break in Lonavala.

The location is excellent, close to the highway and surrounded by beautiful mountains and valleys. The view from the room of the expressway and lake is fascinating. The service is quick and the staff is well versed and courteous, especially the room service guy named Mandeep Das.

Breakfast could've been hotter.

Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel also had a small swimming pool, Pool Table, Table Tennis & Carom Board games, a good restaurant.

The hotel lacked proper maintenance and the bathroom needed some work.
